At Ricardo Beverly Hills, we stand behind the quality of our luggage and travel accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
